Oh, forgot to mention - Languagewise everyone is welcome, but the ability to speak English is definitely a plus as it's a common language people of all nationalities in general can relate to (plus it's what I speak...). I don't mind if you think your English is bad, chances are it's better than 90% of the USA's English at the keyboard. As long as you're able to get your point across clearly on a post/PM, your English is fine.
