We've established a very strong and active admin team (each with core roles within the guild) and a solid base of loyal and friendly players. We're now looking to expand, and the type of recruits we're looking for are as follows:
- Active for at least a few days a week
- Willing to contribute to our active message boards.
- Friendly, helpful, honest people.
- English speaking is a must.
We're not looking to expand to the point of being swamped, we're much more interested in creating a tight-knit community. For this reason, applications will need to be made in order to join.
We're not asking for an essay, just a few lines to let us know:
1. Why you'd like to join us.
3. What you think you'll bring to the guild.
There are two levels of application:
Players under level 25
Players under level 25 will be required to add the [tcg] prefix to their name. Upon reaching level 25 they can remove it. This is in place to give our new recruits something to work toward, as we've found in the past that people tend to join guilds and not progress as quickly as they could.
I will also be hosting bi-weekly events made specifically for the under 25s. These will be aimed at learning the basics and winning cards that will bolster your decks in your favourite public rooms.
If you're interested in joining, please submit your applications to all three of the following players (to make sure it will be processed in the fastest time)
when all else fails, as in none of the above admins reply to your PM, PM Wakka02 to enter, he's the sub'd sub.
Please be patient when PM-ing, we all have lives, don't be in a hurry and quit, i promise you, all your waiting and troublesome procedures will pay off when you join us.
@shadow: tsh, tsh, tsh, forgetting guild name? that's one of the noobie-est mistakes ever... JK
thanks for the support guys, we're hoping to become what we aim for( a strong, close, active community).
Reminder: PM-ing the 4 mentioned admins will bring the quickest results, PM-ing others will do little or no help, please remember to state what we ask you to, and be patience.
I joined the Cunning Gambit a few months back, and I wouldn't be in ANY other guild. All the guildies are friendly, and the boards are active, helpful, and interesting. Not to mention there's almost always at least one giveaway or contest going, new card reviews on those respective new card days, ELO tips every week targeted at that week's play style... Really, you can't find a better group of UR players anywhere!
