Yes the rumors are true, if you are old or new to UR you can join, my only two requests are thet you respect others, and are active in the guild message board. We are accept any player looking for a good guild, we are one of the best guilds that is kind of new. There are other rules that are suggestions but you'll see in the guild message board. No matter how weak, strong, poor, rich you are we will whip you into the best army UR has ever seen, moderators are welcome to join too( we need atleast 1), we accept anyone and eventually you will be apart of the greatest thing since WMD, UM, and Providence!
