Lvl soon to be 15 wondering if someone can recomend a good guild

Im in the us,and i just started two days ago. im wondering A) what is the actual point of a guild and B) are there any good guilds for teens and twenties (pref in the U.S but open to others)

The point of a guild is to have something to represent. You have forums within the guild where you can chat and talk (mostly about the game) And there aren't really any good guilds for low levels.
