Hello Urban Rivals players,

In order to create a more precisely balanced metagame in ELO mode, from now on, we are going to change the ELO ban list every month.

The changes listed below will be implemented immediately. However, we encourage you to write your comments and suggestions about them in this topic. The ban list for next month will be heavily influenced by player input from this topic. This method of refining the ban list will continue on a monthly basis.

The only thing that warrants caelus being unbanned is if the rescue get some unbans. How are you going to let out some of the most op power manips in the game and not bring back some atk manips. Its now a power manip meta or exact counter.

I agree with @MrNin

Caelus would be less OP and less be played when you ban a mono Skeelz card AND let some big attack manip cards come back, (Rowdy, El Divino, Marco). But since most of them are OP just like Caelus it would be better to just ban him like first (and go back like the old ELO system) :/. +point is that people who cried to get him back in ELO won't complain anymore though
