Well the main thing I wanted to point out is that there is an increased chance in this set up, but it is in no way guaranteed a card like maana cercei and that the numbers were assumed as the only thing we have to go by is some cards are rarer than others and copper, silver and gold are not accurate indicators and there are no publicly known actual numerical value for their rarity.
The main thing to draw from all that is
-picking elite gives multiple chances to get rare doubles, but also common doubles since you are rolling a dice multiple times
-Choosing the smallest clans creates a smaller card pool raising the odds all around (true fully small odds), but elite is a bigger gamble than Armageddon.
-Armageddon is a safer choice as each 1 card pulled reduces the card pool by 1 card for the whole pack here its more like a 16 sided die but each roll you get blocks off a side until about 8 of them are blocked off.
