I was just wondering how u really make a guild? i dont find anything anywhere? so. ill ask U How Do You Create A Guild?

Go to "Player's Guilds", but you will be able to create one only at level 10

I go there but there ins't any option to create a guild (i'm at level 12)... where i find??
