Platinum is quite nice for beginners (I'm one of them). I still use him in my Gheist/Piranas deck which is quite cheap to start with. Other cheap and ok/good cards would be Luba, Nina, Vryer, Smokey (700-800 though) and Spycee if you want to go gheist piranas as I did for my first deck. Else Rescue got Larry, Ghoub and Slyde.

La Junta: Chiro Dean Tank Masamu.

Chiro of the La Junta is very good. When I bought her a couple of days ago she was like 530 clintz.
Her stats are at lev 4:
Power:8
Damage:2

Ability: For every La Junta in youre hand(including Chiro) she gets +1 damage.
Clan Bonus: +2 damage.
