The fanscript is a true sequel to my first story (I had some stuff that needs to be answered) so I hope you don't mind. To see the original and the others: http://www.wix.com/yaoihuntressearth/Clint-City-Stories
Panel 1: It’s another night for Roots as Armand, Tshern and Lilly are carrying boxes of canned food to the storage room of the new soup kitchen the clan set up. Caught in a debate, Armand and Tshern are getting fairly close to arguing and annoying Lilly (who is four feet in front of them) as she rolls her eyes.
Tsiern: Come on, the guy’s long dead; he won’t have won anyway.
Armand: Not as a zombie.
Panel 2: Armand just can’t believe the stupidity of Tshern’s belief as he to him while they set the boxes down. The feeling is mutual for Tshern.
Armand: Not like your guy is any better; with all those drugs in his system he couldn’t even land straight punch.
Tsiern: He survived; it just means he can take more hits.
Panel 3: Grating on her last nerve, Lilly lets them have it and makes a bit of a blow. Unknown to them, a monster-shaped shadow looms in the corner as a floating key chain with three keys attached to it jingle above the Roots members heads.
Lilly: Would you be quiet! Nobody but you two care whether Frank Zappa could beat David Crosby in fist-fight.
Panel 4: The shadowy figure’s eye glow red as it looms over Tshern and Armand who innocently find their debate of use.
Tsiern: Well, we think it’s important.
Panel 5: Late in the night (as shown by a clock on the wall) John walks across Robin asleep at his messy desk as a result from studying the battle plan non-stop. His trench coat is hung up on the back of his chair.
Panel 6: With a slight sigh and smile, John puts Robin’s trechcoat over him.
John Thought: I owe you one.
NOTE: I realized I made a mistake that I decided to move up the new attack to the next night instead of two days since I want to keep the story flowing. Please forgive that oversight.
Panel 1: Long panel. The next night both the Sentinels (mainly the ones from the last page) and Junkz are gathered up at Junkz’ HQ. Copper turns to Dj Korr who is mostly humoring the Sentinels by accepting their help. Perle turns to Dragan, her stomach in knots over the possibility of a certain Sentinel being here.
Copper: You ready?
DJ Korr: Sure, whatever.
Perle: She’s not with you, is she?
Dragan: Don’t worry, we left her behind.
Panel 2: Watching the gathering of the clans from a distant hilltop, an amused look creeps upon Vryer’s face as he places a hand on his chin and holds a pair of binoculars in the other. The ghost floats behind him; only her boots can he seen.
Vyer: Ah, the poor fools.
Ghost: The Gheistlings are all ready.
Panel 3: The ghost reveals more of herself as she is shrouded in shadows, her eyes glowing and points her hand toward the reader as she activates her power. Though only the slight clue that is given to her identity is that she has a ponytail.
Vyer: Very good and you do know what to do afterwards?
Panel 4: The pegs holding the Gheistlings and two Leviatonns’ cages are surrounded with a blue aura and being telekinetically pulled out as the creatures grow anxious and rattle the bars.
Panel 5: Finally free, the creatures bust down the door, thirst for the blood of their enemy clans.
Panel 6: With a satisfied smile, Vryer (holding the binoculars in both hands) turns to the ghost who finally reveals herself in the form of a fourteen-year-old girl with dark blonde hair that is secured with a blue ribbon with a star attached on each end, a light spray of freckles and wearing a Gheist uniform. She looks back at Vryer with a confident look that this will help make Sigmund’s dream come true.
Vryer: Heil Gheist, Anne.
Anne: Heil Gheist.
NOTE: Anyone who’s familiar with the first story, "Like the Blind Leading the Blind” will remember this little blast from John’s past. Don’t worry, I’ll do my best to my best not to make her a Sue (besides any object(s) she lifts can’t exceed 5 pounds anyway).
Panel 1: Shot of Copper (wearing protective ear phones) pointing at the monsters, shouting an order to them.
Panel 2: Apparently the protective both clans are wearing prove to be useful as several members of Junkz activate several huge, pimped-out speakers that send powerful waves of sonic energy at their adversaries. While the monsters are in a mix of pain and disorientation, Sentinel provides their half of the plan by having John and Hawk each shoot a bazooka at the monsters (whipping out one of the Leviatonns and several Gheistlings in the back) while the others open fire on them.
Panel 3: Long panel. Tearing off the ear guards (with Tamy throwing hers at a Gheistling), both clans engage in combat. A mix of fisticuffs, firearms and malee weapons the Gheistling take a thrashing though a few get some lucky hits against their adversaries.
Panel 4: Though a little scared, Robin mostly succeeds in not letting his Gheist-triggered anxiety get to him as he shoots at a Gheistling in front of him that knocks it back. Behind him, Archie is beating a downed Gheistling in a fetal position with his cane while Taham (2nd level) kicks it in the gut.
Panel 5: So far, it’s going good for Robin as he’s reloading his gun, mentally reassuring himself that he will make it through.
Robin Thought: You’re doing fine, just keep going.
Panel 6: Just then the sound of the shot Gheistling’s hissing and it’s shadow looms
Panel 1: Taking advantage of his reloading, the Gheistling attempts to strike Robin (with its left arm) as he just manages to get out of the way.
Panel 2: But the victory is short-lived when the Gheistling’s blade hits the lower half of his trench coat with such force that it sends the both of them hitting the ground.
Panel 3: Split panel. The right side shows the Gheistling raising it’s free arm, about to strike, its blade dripping with venom. Left: The panicking starts to raise inside of Robin as he looks up in fear at his attacker.
Panel 4: Like a guardian angel, the Gheistling receives a massive side-kick to the side of its head so powerful that it sends it flying off. Not much is shown of the identity of the attacker other than he’s wearing denim pants.
Panel 5: Gheistling lies on the ground, knocked senseless as Rowdy (the attacker) helps Robin up who shivers a bit from the panic attack but tries to smile back as he thanks him for his help.
Rowdy: You ok?
Robin: Yeah, thanks.
Panel 6: Picking up his gun, he turns to Rowdy who just smiles and winks; honoring his request.
Robin: You wouldn’t mind not telling my boss about this.
Rowdy: Sure thing.
Panel 1: Scene changes to Copper, Hawk and DJ Korr are putting the final blows on some Gheistlings as Tamy shouts out a warning, pointing out to something in the distance.
Hawk: Does Gheist ever run out of these things?
Copper: I don’t think so, Hawk.
Panel 2: A Leviatonn charges its way toward them, just barely Tamy and the two Sentinels. Knowing this is his time to shine; DJ Korr puts his palms together and bows his head as if to pray. A pillar of golden light erupts from the ground under DJ Korr, bathing him in its glory.
DJ Korr: Leave this to me.
Panel 3: Wind begins to swirl around DJ Korr (his hands now six inches apart with the fingers curling a bit) as the ghostly image of his final evolution appears behind him, slowly materializing.
Panel 4: Allowing his body to dematerialize to give the avatar life, DJ forms squeezes his hands crying out to bring it forth.
DJ Korr: Avatar! Come forth.
Panel 5: Each one of Avatar-Korr’s fist crackle with glowing gold energy to create a large ball of power as he gazes upon the Leviatonn the others are fighting.
Avatar-Korr: Get out of the way!
Panel 6: All four hands nearly shove the ball, launching it at the Leviatonn.
Panel 7: Leading to a massive explosion of light that forces the others shield their eyes.
Panel 1: Hardly believing what they saw, Copper and Hawk turn to Avatar-Korr as he transforms back into DJ Korr who staggers a bit from the transformation taking so much out of him.
Copper: How’d you do that?
Panel 2: Tamy helps support him as he smiles proudly and wipes the sweat pouring from forehead.
DJ Korr: With the power of music.
Panel 3: Looking around him as the last of the Gheistlings are being taken care of, a revelation hits DJ Korr.
DJ Korr: Alright, everyone one should be accounted for. Wait a minute…
Panel 4: Other than a few injures and some poison victims being taken care of, everyone huddles around DJ Korr as a look of concern appears on his face.
DJ Korr: Where the hell is Dash?
Panel 1: A hooded figure waits impatiently in front of Dash’s store as its owner gets out of a Ricardo’s cab.
Figure: About time you got here.
Panel 2: The cab speeds off as Dash smiles at the figure as if they were on good terms as he starts unlocking the door.
Dash: Hey, I didn’t keep this store open for 20 years just to let some monsters stop me.
Panel 3: Both of them together as Dash takes a CD case out of his jacket just for his customer.
Hooded Figure: So has Latitia’s new CD come out yet?
Dash: Just got it in today; even saved you a copy.
Panel 4: Dash hands it the CD. Believing nothing bad can happen, it (revealing himself to be Jalil) removes the hood with his free hand. Little do either of them know, Tatane has just entered the store.
Dash: You know, Jalil, you don’t have to keep wearing that hood. I know what you look like.
Jalil: If you say so.
Panel 5: Tatane squeals with delight.
Panel 6: Overcome with glee, she nearly tackles Jalil in a hug.
Tatane: Oh you’re so cute!
Panel 7: Knowing that he can’t slice her to ribbons, Jalil just growls back at her as she cuddles and rubs her cheek against his tail. Not that Dash letting out a chuckle or a familiar pair of keys floating above them is making things any better.
Tatane: You even got a long taily-tail too.
Jaili: Please don’t touch my tail.
Dash: *chuckle* Come on Tatane, leave the kitty alone.
Panel 1: Just as Tatane is just about to pout about the whole thing both her and Jalil are taken back as five of those familiar buds leaking out that goop we all come to know and love that only Xu52 is capable of hits Dash’s right side.
Tatane: Aw, you’re no…Dash!
Panel 2: Spotting his attacker, the two of them prepare for battle. Mustering her toughest look, Tatane goes into a crane stance as Jalil gives into his more feral instincts, ripping off his cloak and brandishing his newly popped-out claws, growling at their soon-to-be attackers.
Panel 3: Mindlessly, Xu52 lumbers its way into the store. It’s buds moving like bubbles on boiling pot of water as it’s arms swing, ready to crush anything. Knowing how this will not be pretty, floats next to it trying to remain brave amongst the slight unsureity on her face and remind herself this is all for the better.
Anne: Alright, you know what to do.
Caption: To be continued…
I'd like to thank SimonW_UM for his help on the plotline and just to tell you this will be the last story I do in comic script form and will continue any future ones (after I take a break afterwards) in novel form just for a change of pace.
Panel 1: Pointing out at the viewer, Anne shouts her command.
Panel 2: Anne flies off, going through a wall to let Xu52 do its work. It almost seems eager to fight in its own simple-minded way as it lumbers toward its two new targets, preparing to shoot some more buds. Knowing what will happen, Jalil and Tatane (who’s pretty grossed-out by the thing) start grabbing some records.
Panel 3: Split-panel. Xu52 making good on what promised in the previous panel launches every bud currently on its body as Jalil and Tatane both launch the records at them like a discus.
Panel 4: The records tear through most of the buds and impale themselves into its chest, knocking it slightly back and lets out an inhuman-sounding groan that could barely qualify as a sound.
Panel 5: Ignoring the records that have severely hampered bud production and the blaring police sirens filling the air, Xu52 throws personal safety out the window rushing toward them, one of it’s arms reel up to strike them the second he come into contact with either one of them.
