On bugdet i see.
asporov on the one hand has a high 7 power for an all star card (because of the allstar bonus). His 3 base damage is very low for a 4star but hopefully with the support of allstars in mono he can be a formible card. He is also in Underused tier for the allstars so drawing him will be a bit of a suprise to your opponent in ELO. His weaknesses are of course his unreliable damage which can destroyed but cards like yookie (with bonus) and many other overused SOA cards so you will have to play smartly with him so maybe you could do a high power bluff at 2pillz to sacrifice him for an SOA to free up randy or robb for example. final note in dual decks he is very lackluster so i would strongly reccomend using him in mono.
then we have the borderline Underused/neverused lui who will be a definite suprise for your opponent seeing her in ELO. her base damage is very high and pretty much nuking potential so you can turn games easily with her. she has courage:SOB and on the one hand that will stop uppers/montana cards but its courage based which will hinder her and makes her a tad unreliable. another huge problem is her low base power which in hind sight is helped a bit by the allstars ability but with chances that you won't draw her with another allstar or your opponent has a SOB makes her vulverable prey.
in conclusion Asporov wins this time imo
for one he is much cheaper
has better power
but if you want to be on the unpredictible side and want fun use lui.
