Ban only certain levels of a characters

I think it's been said before, but it makes no sense to ban cards like sylth or blaaster on any other level but the level that they get their ability. But I doubt anybody would use those characters on any other level but full so that doesn't make my case. So a better example would be cards like copper should be unbanned at level 4, but banned at level 5. I know that it might require more votes to ban only a certain level, but I still would love to hear opinions on this.

Doesn't noodile and rico worth like 300-500 too, yayoi SHOULD be banned but banning at different lvs are just gonna make people lose more votes on 1 card.

As I have said before, there would be not much of a difference with pussycat bans. If you can just ban every level of Wanda or Yayoi with one vote each, why wouldnt they be banned now? Banning different levels will just make it harder to ban them, splitting up votes.

Also what do you mean yayoi can't be replaced, there's muze, noemi, betty, etc. But I don't see how that's relevant to any of this

I know what you're saying, but really, how useful would this be?

Some cards are constantly being banned *because* of their filler abilities. Caelus is overpowered at both level 4 and 5. So if we want to stop Caelus we'd have to ban him twice? I'm sorry but that's just silly.

Pussycats are severly weakened without Yayoi though, but Roots can function fine without Yookie..

And also - Yayoi can be banned now but it hardly ever happens..ok maybe Copper is a good idea but him and Caelus are practically the only cards nowadays that get banned regularly who are worth using semi-evo.
