Looking to switch away from my mono-Piranas deck (several in the UR community have made it clear to me that Piranas is just not going to work for me). I prefer a mono-clan deck; I may or may not add a leader.
I have (finally) amassed enough clintz to make such a switch possible, though I'm by no means rich, so I cannot afford a deck of only high-dollar cards. So, before I blow all my money on a deck, I thought I'd ask the experts.
I'm interested in either La Junta, Jungo or Roots. Which do you recommend, and why?
Ok, no offense ppl, but I KNOW I need to improve my game, that's why I ASK QUESTIONS.
"I ask because I want to be a better player, and I don't feel I'm learning too much by losing so much with Piranas."
Telling me that I suck (in so many words) isn't going to help me any. I've read all the stickies and plenty of other posts, and read at least half of the card descriptions that the wonderful UR community has posted.
Having said that, I appreciate all the responses given here and in my other posts, and just from the answers received I've already improved my game somewhat. I know, however, that just like shadowcouncil said, I need to find my 'sweet spot', and once you've played a couple of weeks with a deck, you may realize that the clan you've been using isn't it. That's the point of this post, to try to figure out which I would be better with. And I'm probably gonna eventually go La Junta, but before I do, I will take the advice of several of you and try an att manip clan first. Now my main question is which one? Rescue seems the most commonly recommended, and from reading a bunch of other posts, also one of the most reviled.
Hugtana means hugo+ montana, that makes a difference of 18 in att, when don and hugo is on the same hand then you'd get a diff of 22 in att, that's what people hates the most in ELO mode, and that's the reason why hugo is banned from time to time
