"Full deck packs not only give out extra cards, they also give out cards from all of the clans; the collection spreads to *all* of the clans, not just a few. That makes completing a collection much easier"
You'd be MUCH better off buying New Bloods and Danger as they simply give you more clintz for your credits. More clintz = more cards you can buy = faster collection growth.
It's not fallacy, it's an opinion.
And, stop telling me to "lighten up". You can make fun of your self as much as you want, but I don't want you to keep pestering me about my personality. I don't take anything personally on the internet, but your constant pestering is getting on my nerves.
Case in point... :/
And it's pretty clear from the consensus that, clintz for clintz, Full Decks just don't earn as much on average. At least that's what I've gleaned from the information to hand.
It's not about opinion dude, it's about correlating data!
Heh, Happens. Last one I opened I got A Tremorh, a H. Noel, and a Wesley.
Time before that I scored an Ohshitsune, a Taljion, and a Selma.
Swings and roundabouts.
First Full time I ever opened a pack I chose Full Deck. I got an Erika, man, I thought I'd scored big time...
Remember, the rarities are not completely random.
You always get at least 1 common (sometimes 2)
You sometimes get 2 uncommons (sometimes 0)
You sometimes get 1 rare (sometimes 0)
The two formats for packs are such from my experience and from what I've heard:
Common, Common, Rare
Uncommon, Uncommon, Common
So for every 2 packs, 3 commons, 2 uncommons, 1 rare.
Keeping this in mind, look at New Blood and compare it to Cool Attitude (which I believe is the best other pack because of all the expensive uncommons - of which there are a higher chance of getting than rares possibly), and find the ratios. Certain weeks it might be better actually to get Cool Attitude, cards such as Caelus and Ghumbo rotating out. Danger might also be worth it since Nightmare's getting incredibly expensive.
I find that currently New Blood doesn't look very good: The cards you want are Praxie, the 4 new ones, Taljion, Selma, Wardom, Oshitsune.
That's 9/35 (Maybe not as bad as I thought.)
While Cool Attitude doesn't have the same chance of striking rich (hitting Tanaereva, Ongh and something I guess), you've got far more cards in the 1000-2000 range that you wouldn't mind getting. So maybe it's possible to rethink.
My last pack was Praxie, Sireen and Wesley. All things considered, the pack was entirely worth it off of one single card. That's what New Blood is good for.
@Knuckles... I keep opening them up too. I've decided not long ago to keep a collection of them. Up to 7, and that's after selling off a bunch.
As for what packs, I like Full decks, just because you are assured a rare. No, not all rares are great, but you also get at least two uncommons, and sometimes three. In full decks, I've opened Kolos, two Graks, Caelus, Leviatonn, charlie, amongst a slew of other good cards. I've opened some bad packs too, but that will happen with any one of them. I just find my luck overall is better with the full deck. Although, new blood was nice to me as I got two essie and it netted me 32K clintz on the market.
