Well, depends upon how you play Pussycats.
For example, my current ELO deck: The Girls are Back! - 1300+ ELO
Mono-Pussycats w/ Leader (Bridget, of course). The deck hits hard, and waits for life. In that case, you want threats and defense.
In ELO, Pussycats are usually included as cheap defense, where you have low-starred cards that can reduce opponent's damage.
Freaks use them as a way of buying time while the poison takes effect.
Jungo would help increase the life difference.
Nightmare and Gheist (and I guess Skeelz as well) would use them to wait out the opponent so your abilities can be used to best effect.
Sakrohm is a good -attack clan, since there is a good amount of damage reduction as abilities in that clan as well, making a good backup when going against SoB clans.
The point is more of how do you plan to win with the deck. Each card is selected for their ability to get you closer to that goal. Get a theme and work from there.
