So I was having a conversation about Wee Lee, and came up with an Idea for an ability (though without knowing how the code works, I don't know how hard it would be to program)
- X pillz given X, minimum x
My argument about wee lee is that he was designed for you to be able to pill him, but not get really hurt if your opponent pillz over you.
So in Wee Lee's case, if he had "-X pillz damage, minimum 4," he could 2 pill, and only take 4 damage from a damage 6, but against lower damaging people, he's not as useful.
You could also expand the concept:
+x pills damage, max X
+x pills, max X
-x pills attack, min x
It would add an entirely new dimension, yes. But one of my dislikes about the game is that the cards are so static. You pill an amount and the question of what the opponent's power/attack/damage is is figured out without any influence on how much you pill.
Any thoughts? If you're supportive, how do I go about suggesting it to the staff?
Yes, this game needs some fresh new ability ideas for new cards. It's one of the only ways this game can expand.
And yes, I like this fluctuating damage reduction and such. It could create some sweet new strategies!
I also suggested a new ability idea a while back: +attack per pillz used. (if I worded it like you word it, it would be "+x pillz attack" It was my version of an anti-power-reducer without using something like "Protectionower" by using a concept similar to -life opp. X. Ironically, it's also similar to your ideas. Here was my idea of a card with the ability:
Level 1: 1/1
Level 2: 1/2
Level 3: 1/5
Ability (unlocked at level 4): Courage: +7 attack per pillz used.
Bonus: +2 Life
Description: After being seperated from Greow (R), his long-lost brother, for 10 years, Leon was reunited with him when Leon popped out of nowhere and fiercefully defended Greow (R) from an assault by the All Stars. Leon has led the Jungo to every battle after Greow (R) begged Ongh (U) to accept Leon into the clan.
Leon is a situational 8 powered 3* that is completely immune to power reducers...unless you use Ambre of course...that can make a life difference of 8. Of course, he's a Bob Joby with Jungo bonus against SoA. Ouch.
Let's say you end up with 3 pillz. 1 power multipled by 3 is 3 attack. But then you multiply the +7 attack ability with 3, and you get +21 attack. 3+21=24 attack, which is the same as 8 power x 3 pillz.
Me i believe that giving a freaks card an ability like this
+2 poision max 5
so lets say i play hula and win
next round i play this new character and win so instead of the 2 it would of done it will do 4 then 5 to a max. of 5
or an abilit like -1 to poision min. so now its -2 to a min of 2 instead of three
If your wondering why im using freaks it because there abilities are in every clan nothin unique
and other clans have cards with abilities that help there bonuses like
robb, shakra, skinner, rowdy, loccio, buck, leviatonn, yusuke, nymea scopia, jane ramba, don, dieter glorg,kristan spycee, charlie ella,pam, nemestic, skinner, all skeelz count because they alll have abilities which there bonuses protect, and frankie hi and zatman every one has atleast one person but freaks evethough me myself am a skeelz guy
