I caught a CR card with extremely low price and the seller contacted me to return it. Is there a rules in the game regulating such things? Can I also ask for money back and get it every time I got tricked on the market when bought card with "artificial" high price?
There are two instances being talked about here. First is the seller made a mistake by selling for less than its actually worth by mistake. The second is the buyer bought a card with its price raised artificially by other people.
In the first case, I think that unless you are a nice person, I would return it but a question comes to mind in that case. Why did you buy the card in the first place if you're just going to return it? The resolution here would be keep the card.
In the second case, the one at fault here would be the you, the buyer.
In both cases, whether you're the buyer or seller, be careful with your sales or purchases.
Meh.. for me? I will keep it
that's the seller's fault
unless the card price less than 10K AND the seller is low level player such as 1-30 I will have no mercy about it
and I feel the same, if I make a mistake (which I do, sold rosa for low price 4 years ago) I will not ask for a return
CHECK every time you sell a card especially the expensive one
my friend check it for more than 4 times if it's more than 10K
also now they have safety system, which if you make mistake for example selling 50 clintz for private sell but you forgot to put the name and it becomes public sell (the most common mistake) the system will return the card into your collection straight away
too bad I did not monitor the market for cheap cards like that anymore
before I checked the market to get some cheap cards like that
I remember my friend's guild mate got guru cr for 100K (? or 500K? I forgot) and even a moderator ask to return it. at the end that person return the guru cr
will you return it if you get a guru cr? (the seller who make the mistake is a french player) for me, nah, French player are rich enough, I will keep this trophy (sadly I never got one like that lol..)
for second one, I remember I bought tania for 1K.. (someone destroy the price. for 1K I could get a mona and shakra. mona is only for 300, shakra is for 700 clintz. 1K is a lot for that time) all I can do is suck it up, and try to find another cheap card to close the losses
I would say if the card is 50k + you deserve a reward. Its like finding someone's dog or something. I mean if you get a Jackie Cr for 10 000 you should sell it back for 20 000. you give it back but you get a nice 10 000 reward for you being that nice . Just my two cents
The one who makes the failure is the one who takes the loss, even if it contradicts social expectations or unwritten good behaviour.
Basically only time you can get your stuff back and the other party wont have his benefit is when there is rule-breaking involved; for example fraud or pishing involved. For what I know when that limit is reached the staff takes it very seriously and is delivering bans very lightly.
Out of that its in the hands of the seller if he sells for too low - or buyer if he buys for too high. If compensation or trade cancel is done then its simply by choise of buyer/seller's free will and personal judgement instead of actual rules of the system.
I take every decent opportunity to benefit myself and I expect everyone else to do the same. Most of the time the benefit is clintz, but occasionally it could be honor or simply regarded of being after all a nice person.
