I've asked so many times. Come dudes, please help me! I am a terrible terrible terrible player. Give me a good deck that when I buy it I'll do decent enough that I won't have to buy another one every two battles and end up losing 40,000 clintz again please need help please D:
Top 100 is more of a player-dependent thing than a deck-dependent one. Learn what people are running in any given ELO week and build your deck around that. Try to build your deck in such a way that you don't have to make super-risky moves in order to win.
Dude, Getting to Top 100 is a mixture of luck, and skill. Mostly luck, but you need some skill to see the obvious plays. Any half decent deck can do it, there's no 'Top 100 guaranteed' deck.
Though if you wanna maximize your chances, probably go for a mono Rescue, Mono Junkz or Mono Sents.
It's not easy to get to top 100, on average days the 100th placing is around 1410. Don't get too ambitious and expect to be in the top 100 just by having a great deck.
I'll give you some examples here. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to advertise other presets, but cut me some slack? Oh, on a side note, remember to rate this presets if you think they're good too.

Not exactly epic-omg-this-deserve-perma-bans decks huh. These cards are either almost never played (Hardly anyone plays Ojibway anymore) or just so, so common that everyone takes them for granted. (Lots of AS and Gheist out there.)
But guess what? Each of these decks have hit the top 10 before. How do I know? I looked at the top 10 and stalked them. Don't be surprised, it's not easy, I didn't fare well with others' decks as well
But my point is, it's really down to the player-deck synergy. I can score 1600 with a mono-Montana deck, but when I pass it to someone who plays Gheist/Roots all the time he will have trouble adapting as well. Play something you like, experiment with what's good and what isn't, make modifications, get used to the tactics, and you will do well. It takes time, everything takes time, I only started getting into top 100 after 1 year since my Elo comeback (I quitted UR for a while).
Sincerely hoped that I helped. Cheers!
If you want a deck that is easy to understand and maybe easier to master than others, try mono rescue, there are many variations, as some of their cards get banned each week.
Overall we have each week a number of rescue players in top 100, including this week. They have some counters to spyke and are also ok vs SOA clans.
On the other hand, as I've told you in another thread you made with the same subject... you need to consider the arrival of standard and if you are on a tight budget you might want to wait until then
