Magistrado Ld is a level 3 legendary character who is only available by carrying out missions connected with him. To obtain this character, you must unlock his last mission before August 5th.

Good stats for 3*, and good damage reduction. Not a fan of the ability confidence, so I myself won't use this card much.

No, but I somehow got the LD's own mission ... it says 0/120 but it has no text (not even "The objectives of this Mission are hidden." but I presume it's damage, or DR rather than rounds.
