Yeah, Norse and Greek/Roman mythology have been swiped a few times before and Kephren references Egyptian. (I would love to see an Aztec god/monster show up in Huracan/Nightmare.) It would make more sense (and be more creative) for UR to make up their own crazy mythology.
And if power was still an issue, they could be gods of weak or oddly specific things, like snails, self-portraits, or the feeling of being watched.
Tanaereva Cr isn't a god, he's based on the Moai statues of Easter Island.
DJ Korr Cr has similarities to Hindi Gods, but is named after a real, mortal musician, DJ Kool Herc, although he might be based on another musician. UR loves to combine things.
You mean,like Lodi?
If it is a steam punk clan,i'd like to see what kind of creatures they have to do their bidding. The frozn have yetis,,the nightmare have actual literal monsters, the gheist have creatures, but in a completely different and disturbing way.
I'd like to say that the clan mates would consist of parts from a junk heap(as thats what most of their artwork would imply),but i'm not sure if that would make them a sort of cyborg or android or something like that.My best guess would have to be like some kind of subterranean mole people.
It sounds about right.Yeah, you're just digging through the city's junk heap looking for an old item to spruce up and use as a weapon, and then by parting through the trash you see a mole civilization the city forgot had existed...
Giant bugs would be cool too, with fancy control collars. Useful for digging tunnels.
Still wondering what philosophy they'd follow. The last two clans had positive goals (vigilantes and environmentalists) and the two before that were leaning negative (rage and conquest), so I'm really rooting for "abandoned government project that stick together to survive and hate their creators". Somewhere between Berzerk and Jungo.
