Here are the few I remember talking (writing?) about:
While I have supported Protection: Attack, I decided recently that it would unnecessarily increase the power/usage of the +attack clans, since they would be unaffected. Instead, I propse the ability Nullify: Attack. (It stops all +/- attack, not just -)
Critical Y: XXXXXX. Where Y is a health point, and the Xs are an ability. This basically means that the ability is activated if your life is at Y life points or lower. For example, Critical 5: +3 Power. Or Critical 9: +3 Life
There was a discussion about a new Leader that would activate clan bonuses (so you could have fully functioning rainbow decks), but I beleive that it was decided to have been a bad idea unless you would get the leader in every hand.
Then there are the Impose: Power/Damage that I liked in Fantasy Rivals (It is like a reverse CoP or CoD, where it forces the opponents power or damage to match the card with Impose).
I would also like to see conditional combos (but they may be too hard to program ) such as Courage: Support: +2 Life
@hutson01134 Actually Nulify: Attack is pretty good idea! I like the Critical Y: XXXXX too. That Leader thing i think its unbalanced. If that happens people will just make really really really overpowered decks or even almost undefeatable decks. Instead of Impose: Power/Damage i thought something else. A new clan with bonus ...Reverse: Ability !!! Basically you gonna steal Opp ability (like Copy) but you will also give him your Ability!! And this clan would have like bad Abilities like Backlash or a "bad" Defeat abilities (Defeat:-2 Life for example). That sounds fun!!!!
