Okay, so after trying to put together decks I've learned that I'm not as hyped to play these guys as I was for clans like La Junta and Vortex. That could be problematic. Anyways, here's a deck I came up with that is (reasonably) within my budget:

Marco Cr, Sledg, Lea, Elvira, Sue, Buckler, Joana, Dr Norton

Thoughts?

Ahah. 1. They aren't that profitable, 2. Kefalo hasn't been able to get on for a while now, 3. I spent all my Pericles profits on La Junta and some other Elo cards.

My recommendation would be to flip either Marco CR (If you worry about SoA) or Sledge (but mostly Marco) for Pastor. He creates a good fork, has decent stats, and therefore doesn't rely on his ability and/or bonus too much.
You could also try switching Marco or Sledge for Cliff. Despite the 6 pwr, the conditional SoA and 8 dmg create wonderful 2HKOs and mind games.

Personally, I would flip Sledge for Gordon, then flip Elvira to either Campbell or Shirley (For some reason, most people seem to DR against a couraged Gordon,instead of pilling; making the game more predictable, Campbell is powerful if played early (but is fairly predictable), and Shirley is a high dmg fork that cuts the opponent's damage to 4 (and most of the time, makes fury useless)

Umm pastor is not the right card for t1 dm

U don't want the opponent to waste time on how he should outplay your pastor

Well, I was thinking that Pastor is a much more stable card if facing SoA than Marco CR is, but I see your point too.
I would still recommend Cliff as the 8 dmg and SoA are quite a threat and can end games fairly quickly.
I would also think of flipping Dr Norton for Lothar (Lothar is surprising good in the right situation, and that 5 dmg allows furied 2HKOs with half of your current hand)
