Now, I don't have a problem getting to 1300's
I understand for the most part how to deckbuild minus some questionable choices.
Also, I've been looking at the different clans and building my collection.
NOW, For Question 1 :
Raptors. What is up with their playstyle? I just recently picked them up and Rex Sweig or whatever seems to be the best card; or was but is now gone, and Rattle seems overhyped but sadly the best 3* option? How exactly does this clan play best? Aggro , Defense? I'm lost because frankly they feel so difficult/just not that great without Rex.
Question 2 :
The 1400 barrier confounds me.
Beyond trying to swap to an entirely meta deck with the best odds that week.
Is there some sort of secret that lets people perfect pill me even when I play smart and predict nearly exactly how many they will pill? I've noticed I'm getting much better at prediction and can easily stomp the 1000's to 1300 if I don't bring an experimental deck.
This is a proposed half , please critique and explain the faults and what would complement it.
Archimedes , Grace , Dr Van Wesel Ld , Harmonia
(Thinking about a wall half. Not sure about Argos yet)
I remember when Wesel used to be considered a good card and now he's being dropped?
Well, I understand Dr Copernica is better , but doesn't Archimedes have any useage?
Pericles . . . man that card bites the dust against SOA. I don't usually like investing in that kinda' stuff. You sure he's even safe?
Everybody and their brother is using Roots this week because Gertjan is unbanned. For this reason I wouldn't use cards like Grace and Archimedes if I were you.
As for the Raptors... I've been using them too this week. Made it to 1300 using Roots/Raptors but I eventually had to change my deck because I kept running into mono Roots. Which isn't NECESSARILY better than Roots/Raptors but if you get a 3/1 draw then it's incredibly difficult.
Raptors just need more cards I think. They aren't bad... I, for one, don't think Rattle is overhyped at all.
