When I played my card my ability was still cancelled, how does this work exactly ?

I am not sure if the picture below describes your scenario:
Dragomir Cancelling Toro Cr`s Stop Opponent Ability with his Stop Opponent Bonus
As you have said it, you claimed that you had stop opponent`s ability but it was cancelled by Stop Opponent Bonus.
The top area circled in blue next to power is the Ability
The bottom area circled in red next to damage is the Bonus
In this scenario, the because there is no way to stop Dragomir`s Bonus from not activating it cancels Toro Cr`s Bonus.
In summary
Stop Opp. Ability cancels the ability at the top of the card next to the card`s power
Stop Opp. Bonus cancels the ability at the bottom of the card next to the card`s power.
If what I said is not similar to the picture I described other thing I can think of is you used a conditional ability that did not activate because you did not meet a Condition for it to activate.

My opponent's ability was stop opponent's bonus. So will stop opponent's bonus always activate first ?

Can you give the name of the 2 card? SoB doesn't always activate first, for example if you play Rex Sweig in revenge vs Lea, Rex Sweig ability will activate first, cancelling Lea bonus, therefore Rex Sweig keeps its bonus and Rescue bonus won't activate

NaaRcho is correct with the Rex Sweig vs Lea example.
Just to help. The answer is neither Stop Opponent Ability or Stop Opponent Bonus has priority over each other.
It is a chain reaction.
Think of it this way:
Your opponent`s stop opponent bonus will activate first if you do not have an ability or bonus that prevents that ability from activating.
Likewise, stop opponent ability will always go first if you do not have an ability or bonus that prevents that ability from activating.
Priority is given to a Stop Opponent Ability or Stop Opponent Bonus that cannot be cancelled.
Bonus usually go's off first then your ability's activate.
so when some one has sob your bonus is stopped first then rest takes affect.
plus when a soa an sob clan fights its ability an stats vs ability an stats.
when a soa fights any other clan its bonus an stat's vs ability an stats.
also some bonus is battle triggered an others are beginning of the game an some beginning of the round. so depends on a few factors.

There is no 'first' at all, regardless of how many Stop Ability or Stop Bonus there are, or whether they are Abilities or Bonuses. I believe saying so is what is confusing the issue.
if there is a chain of multiple SOA or SOB, find which one is not blocked by any of the others and work from there. An All-Stop (SoA and SoB) will always be able to Stop both, even with Protection; otherwise, there'll either be one at the start of the chain, no chain, or a stalemate (Piranas v Nightmare stopping each others' bonuses to no effect).

Chef mike is right there are no firsts
Either they are both negated. Leaving only rhe non-SoA/B abilities and bonuses, in the cases of:
A:SoA v A:SoA (Jackie Cr v Guiliug)
B:SoB v B:SoB (Tyd v #Kolos Cr)
A:SoB v B:SoA (Toro Cr v Lehane)
Or they both go through essentially turning both cards into raw stats only cards.
A:SoB v A:SoB (Rad v Lucy)
B:SoA v B:SoA (Arkn v Platinum)
A:SoA v B:SoB (Vito v Hel)
Only 1 goes through when one is uncontested by the opponents Ability and Bonus.
B:SoA (non-fullstop) v B:SoB (Kiki Cr v #Lizbeth Cr - Kiki Cr loses bonus and #Lizbeth Cr keeps ability)
A:SoB (non-fullstop) v A:SoA (Hefty v Jackie Cr - Hefty loses ability and Jackie Cr keeps bonus)
B:SoA v A:SoA (non-fullstop) (Hoffman v Qubik - Hoffman cancels Qubik ability (SoA) and keeps his ability)
A:SoB v B:SoB (non-fullstop) (Ronald v Dr Alma - Ronald cancels Dr Alma bonus (SoB) and keeps his bonus)
Lastly fullstops have both SoA and SoB and turns the opponent into raw stats card no matter which card it is, the only way to 'stop' it is if you yourself are a fullstop negating each other.
(Leviatonn v Dalhia Cr - Leviatonn saves his bonus using his ability and stops Dalhia Cr ability and bonus)
What I want to know is exactly what the order is with poison, heal, +life, -life, regen, toxic etc. Is. For example if I have heal 3 max 6 with 3 life, then I use Kenny Mt fury do I end up with 16 or 13 life?

I think, insane, how it works with heal & life per damage (or poison, dope etc) is like this:
abilities like kenny's +life activate when the card wins its round. heals, poisons etc take effect at the end of the round, *after* the effects of the cards played *during* the round.
IIRC Bridget is the exception to this, as she heals at the *start* of each round after the first, meaning "between rounds" all heals / poisons get a chance to get to their max/min before she adds her 1 life.
