So i've noticed this for a while now but what does the first Valiance thing mean on user profiles?

Ex.

215 724 battle points (Level 59)
8260 fights including 3975 wins. (Give yourself a pat on the back)
1 410 characters out of 1 554. (First alliance)

It's referring to the Obtain X% from the total collection missions, but it's not working exactly as intended and only showing the 5% one.
