A half and half release today
Wu Tong can be a bit of a tank, being a possible 8/7 and only at 4 stars. Those possible stats can make some 5 stars jealous. He also has the best ability in game, the dreaded SOA. His one downside is that it comes attached to a condition. With it being confidence, you can't necessarily open with him and will only get that ability about half of the time. You could just power through on his stats alone, not needing his ability to win against some opponents, though he does lose a bit of his potential in doing so. A nice, probably going to be cheap, common, but easily replaced.
Hammerlock has good stats for a 4 star, able to possibly hold his own in a straight fight. He also has a good power reduction, able to drag 9 power cards a bit below him. The reduction is best only for those close to his power as his min is a bit high, meaning you can't wreck other cards who already start at 6 power. You can even afford to give him an extra pill if need be, being given one back after using him. Being slightly reliant on his ability, he could hold his own in a straight fight, but other manips would easily overtake him, sometimes even with his ability. Given some of the competition for the 4 star spot in his clan, Hammerlock may see play.
To be continued...
Kimba is very interesting to say the least. His stats are solid for a 2 star, and he has a great bonus to help keep matches more even. Your eyes, however, are quickly drawn to his rather unique ability. At first glance, +1 attack seems useless, even ridiculous. This, however, can shine is one department, and that is pill for pill fights. With his bonus in play, your opponent is usually only going to reliant on their own bonus. If that bonus is not a power or attack manip, they must always outpill Kimba by at least one due to that ever so slight increase in attack. Not a versatile ability by any means, but it has its one use. Unfortunately, there is better choices in his clan for his spot.
Schredder is the star here. He has the new max power of 9, making him strong. He can also dish out 6 damage with practically no risk of a pesky DR or your usual SOA getting in his way. He also has the perfect min of 0, making his ability able to KO as well. And being only at 4 stars, he can fit into your deck easier. His one downside is he has to rely on his big power to win. Other manips could make the fight harder on him and even harder to catch up. The rare all stop will also ruin him, but that won't happen very often if at all most of the time. A great addition who will definitely see play.
