i agree. I recently came back, and was wondering if this is something UR has already done in the past. Like do they ban the card before it is even released or is it banned after it reaches some sort of condition in ELO mode?

I hard agree with comment #7 and #21. Either bring back survivor type 1 so cards as busted as these can have a home or stop releasing them. I don't like to complain, because i've seen the alarming toxicity that comes from the spanish community towards the staff, but i feel you're screwing things up with your continued decision of releasing instantly banned 3*.
