This week, you’re gonna hear the new arrivals before you even see them!
EdwiiJ, the Hive spy who’s as beautiful as she is dangerous.
Santistebana, the Montana robber who’s not afraid of anything.
VanDam, the new squadron leader of the La Junta.
Sigmar, the Riots’ soldier who’s smashing up the joint.
HAPPY GAMING to you all!
Sigmar has decent stats at 7/5 for a 4 star, but that is just about it offensive wise about him. His ability will help you get some pillz back if he loses, but he may be losing more often than anything with no way to keep up with his opponent. You could pill one more since his bonus will give it back in the end, but it probably won't be much against any kind of manip. With that in mind, you may look to him as more defensive and just to get free pillz, but to lose your 4 stars for at least 2 pillz may be a steep price to pay. There are definitely better options, even other common choices.
Santistebana is also leaning towards being a defensive card for her clan, but she can do that job well. At only 5 power, she won't be on the winning side of fights to often, even with her bonus kicking in. Even then you'll have to pill at least once for it to matter. Her ability is a possible -4 min 1 damage, which can be pretty good in a lot of situations. This does come behind a Brawl condition, so unless you are lucky to find a mono hand, her DR will average to only -2. -2 can be good, possibly saving you from a 1 2 punch, so she will still have her uses there. You'll also want to pill at least once, as stated earlier, just to force your opponent to pill about twice to get over her. She is a good 3 star option if you are looking for a more defensive choice.
To Be Continued...
EdwiiJ is a simple card that will be coming out to help stop life and pill manip heavy decks as well as just being a quick option to throw out along with her bonus. 7/2 is good for a 2 star, though a lot of the great 2 stars have 8 power. She makes up for this with having the Hive bonus, giving her a chance to keep up with high starred cards or forcing a couple extra pillz out of your opponent. As stated earlier, if your opponent is sending out a card that has a strong life or pill manip, just throw him out to shut it down and hopefully make your opponent waste resources. Not much else to add, and he will probably see quite a bit of play.
VanDam comes out swinging as a possible 8/7 4 star with his bonus. He also excels in facing mono hands, dropping your opponent's card at most by 12 attack. His min is also just low enough so that he doesn't necessarily have to pill if you happen to be that low to consider that with him. His raw stats will also be a big plus, as an 8-7 4 star can be quite intimidating. He will definitely see play with all of that going for him.

Thanks to Mr. Cold for catching a big mistake in my review.
Sigmar recovers pillz on victory, not defeat. This will change him from a defensive card to an overpilling offensive one. Being able to dump more pillz into him will help make up for his slightly below average power and no manips. You still have to win though to get that return, so you need to be sure you can win that round.
