The deck would sure get a lot of points cause of the low star count but it would be really hard to use. In a non-random cause of the low damage players might just let some of your guys through and just out-damage you. In a random cause of the high power it has good chance but still inconsistent bonus would hurt you.

Don't be offended but the deck needs a lot of skill and luck to be successful.
