Imperator - The Saiyans
Losing ground in the war of the clans, the GHEIST need to strike hard and fast if they’re to maintain any hope of one day ruling the city. And to do that, they haven’t given a second thought to releasing their new and particularly bloodthirsty creature, Anibal, onto the city’s streets. Meanwhile the Piranas welcome Kristin, the Ulu Watu present George and Junkz launch Archie. The new term’s really starting to hot up! Get these characters in the shop’s New Blood, Danger and Cool Attitude packs.

As much as I love Caelus, he REALLY deserves a staff ban. He's easily comparable to cards like General Cr and DJ Korr Cr.
I've been arguing for a staff ban of Hawk for...well, how long has the card been around? I mean, he's a Jackie clone. Costing one more star doesn't fix that.
Beyond those...Kolos is broken enough for a staff ban, but I'm not sure about Ratanah, Shakra, or Marina.

I peronally don't really see how caelus is broken at all. aby lower starred allstar card can beat him and even high powered Bangers and Ulu Watu can beat him. On top of that cards like Rowdy and Skinner destroy him. Alo the 8 powered Uppers give him lots of trouble ( Zatman, Dorian) On top of that reduction also means that you lose by a bigger margin. For instance a card like Nanook vs Caelus 5 to 4 advantage.

I will agree with the Kolos ban, but that's it, and only with an unbanning of wee lee. With more cards under staff ban, that just means more cards banned in total since the player bans will just be different cards. If all those cards Thuga wants banned are banned, it would guarantee that Marco, Smokey, Shakra, Striker, and likely a few others will be banned so often that they may as well be staff banned too... then there will be a new round of essentially permanently banned cards. Kolos is just as broken as Vickie, Jackie, etc. so having him gone would be fine, but it's a slippery slope to have cards be staff banned. Part of the fun of UR is devising strategies to beat even the best decks, so banning all of the good cards makes the game a lot less enjoyable and challenging imo.

Perma-banning Hawk, Caelus, Marina, Shakra, Kolos, and Ratanah is not a good idea.
Releasing Wee Lee after those bannings will be absolutely pointless as well because he will likely be the center of attention to be among, if not, the top banned card in ELO once the above mentioned cards get a perma-ban as Ulu Watu will certainly be a dominating clan compared to those other clans that got crippled because of staff bans.
Perma-banning those cards above just means that people's ELO-banning votes will go to other meta cards and thus the cycle repeats of people wanting more staff-banned cards, unbannings of cards, complains of unbalanced meta, complains of lack of ELO playable cards in this or that clan, and so on and so forth, etc etc.

I also agree with thuga (not that he's my guild mate or anything. LOL). It's a waste of effort to ban the same cards week after week. Why not just perma ban them (caelus, hawk, shakra, ratanah, marina) and let elo players do their thing: win by strategy. Sadly, I'm a sentinel player so I still want hawk in ELO. Jessie being banned is simply ridiculous.
I still have to say unbanning Wee Lee might not even bring Ulu Watu back to the top 4 ELO to be honest. For multiple reasons:
i. He has similar stats to Marina (1 more dmg, 1 less DR, same min)
ii. Ulu Watu lacks in 2*(compare to Jessie, Gil, Hawkins, Lehane etc..), competitive in 3*, barely on edge with 5*. I don't see how unbanning Wee Lee will actually brings back Ulu Watu to the top 4 clans either.
iii. I don't see how the whole argument about versatility of Wee Lee makes staff banning justifiable. Suer 2* Wee Lee is marginally better than B Ball, 3* Wee Lee is marginally better than Juicy Lord, but you can only use 1 copy of Wee Lee, but you can use 1 of each of B Ball, Juicy Lord AND Vermyn N, which makes 3 very good DR in Bangers. Unbanning Wee Lee would just makes Ulu has 2 good DR and 1 mediocre DR instead of 1 good DR and 1 mediocre DR
iv. The whole +/- power argument only goes in FAVOR of Ulu Watu. As I mentioned before, Wee Lee has a similar stats to Marina. I remembered your argument about similar number of pills from Wee Lee would best higher power cards in atk clans (Zatman, Dorian for example). However, isn't that EXACTLY what we need to neutralize the fact that all top dominant clans being atk bonus clans? And once if we see Ulu Watu including Wee Lee coming back, It will likely to bring other clans with Higher power High min power reduction cards back? (like Ongh, Fei, Azgroth etc), which brings some other clans other than atk bonus clan back to ELO.

Elo is dom9inated by some people high levals wo say wich cacharcter will be played on next weak and that makes him more poewrful tehen the others. I think that people wats to people play with weak clã
1- Thanks for the quick action of UR I'm still very very excited
2- I agree that if UR unbanned Wee lee that would bring attention to ulu watu(like zatman did) but like Varenza said Wee lee is just like Marina +1 damage -1 DR, and you could give it a try If it draws too many attention UR has the power to ban again ...
and Thank you for the Perma Bann

Why would they ever bring back Wee lee? How did that come up? Anyway with the other clans getting weaker I don't think Wee lee will ever be unbanned because now he looks even stronger. Banning those cards was great. now the meta game will be more mixed up.
