In which will i be most likely to find Montana or geist cards?
No, next Friday, new releases were 10-9-09. Every two weeks.
What's your plan Steve? That's a good question, because if you plan on building a Montana deck, it might go one way, but most likely for making clintz you may want to invest in a new Blood Pack and sell the cards to buy what you need. Problem is you may end up with common cards that already are going to be pretty cheap. I would say your BEST BET would be to wait until NEXT Friday and buy cards with New Blood. No guarantees, but thats when I spend my credits, level up NEW cards fast and sell them.
Hope that helps.
Danger is montana i buy danger alot cuase ghiest also in there. but saven up for the 50 are worth is make 8-10k off that pack sellign the cards you all ways get a rare card in the 50 pack. but you should try buying one of each you would like to see wich one you perfer the most i like the full an new blood the most of all them. my self all up to you wich you like

Yeah, listen to xxxTASOxxx.
It's up to you really. All decks are a gamble, and you could end up with some of the high end cards, or the rubbish low end cards.
As TASO said, when new cards are released into New Blood packs, they are sold at quite high prices early into the release, and this is when you'll make the most of them. If you manage to snag one of the new powerhouses, generally one of the 5* cards, you should be able to sell it for somewhere around the 20k range. If this is the case, 20k should go pretty far in getting you a solid Montana/GHEIST deck. However if you feel you'd prefer to buy a Danger pack and try your luck at getting only three POSSIBLY decent cards per deck, be my guest
