Sorry i didnt know where to post.
I was wondering why some cards like Mort Bax(3stars) sells for 300+ and Mort Bax(4stars) just about 150. Sorry im a newb in this game. I just dont get the logic in that.
Cards stay at their max stars forever; in some instances people want the card with a non-maxed star count - the lower attack/damaga might be worth it. Best example is pussycats... just look at Wanda 1* for example.
With Mort Bax another possibility seems more likely. So called "pre-fulls": the card will level up in the next fight. People who want Battlepoints quickly can thus indirectly pay for them with clintz, i.e. buy the card, level it up, cash in the BPs.
Mort bax at lv 3 is a so-called prefull card, people who are too lazy to farm uses these cards to lv up, the higher the lv, the better the card is used to lv up, unless it's already maxed...
sometimes, when you see different cards who worth a lot more than maxed price, those are the fillers, the semi-evo( semi evolved) that people use in their deck for their ability only, giving space to other good but high star cards in a T1 deck
