A large number of you turned out to vote for Miss Clint City 2010 and you chose the ultra sexy All Stars representative, who finished ahead of Tula and Lucia. So, another big well done to Miss Jessie and thank you all for taking part.
To celebrate her victory, we’ve created a Miss Jessie card that is now available in the shop’s packs.
What's up with the objectification of women in UR? Women's rights organization would have a field day with this website. If you ask me, a lot of it is basely trying to appeal to the sexual interests of males, who are probably the largest UR playing demographic. Even so, do these women have to be as scantly clothed as many of them are? The ironic thing is, I find cards like Nahi Cr LESS perverted and anti-feminist then cards like Miss Jessie. Miss Jessie's proportions, outfit, and pose (along with Jessica, Page Cr, Charlie, Tania, Alice, Wanda, Jessie, Sasha, Sandy, Janice, Gaia, Lulabee, Rosa, Gertrud, Lillith, Graziella, Twyh, Mikki, Tula, Cyan, and many more) are about as flirtatious as you can make it without it falling under the category of hentai. Even if the character isn't in a debutante pose like the aforementioned cards, she still probably has unrealistic proportions. I would really like to see more than 3 or 4 women cards who aren't either a. completely hideous and therefore asexual or b. tramped out to the max. I'm not saying that all new women releases need to be homely necessarily, but can't we have some that can remind those of a less advanced age that women are equals and not objects or playthings? I really don't think it's too much to ask. The ironic thing is, there is an entire clan devoted to women's rights. Too bad 9/10 of the characters are a contradiction of that ideal. Women's rights advocates? More like horny porn actresses. You're not fooling anyone UR
