It depends on what cards you have and what your budget is. Personally I would prefer to go mono with either of those two clans. Here is my favorite La Junta deck: http://www.urban-rivals.com/presets/?id_preset=1260599

Emeth is pretty much perma banned in ELO but it is a good starting place. If you want sentinel I use: http://www.urban-rivals.com/presets/?id_preset=814239 but Tessa is very expensive but can be replaced with Havok or Owen. If you are on a much smaller budget try and just find some good cards you like to use. Look around and try and get a hold of some that appeal to you. I personally liked Tobbie and Miranda when I was starting out. Katja is good and cheap. For La Junta Dean and Isatis are good places to start.

Depends on what you face and your style of play, go junta if you are a 2HKO's guy/girl, but while this montanas fever lasts u'd better go piranas to stop their bonus

For Sentinel, TOBBIE IS A MUST!!!!!!!! Low power battle with attack minipulation gives you a great edge.
For La Junta, see if you can get Chiro. I mean, I think the last time I saw Chiro's price it was well under 1,000. Hope that is in your price range, which should be low, for you are a noob.
