So I was thinking about this the other day, and finally decided it might be kinda cool:
Clan Bonus: Pill Cap: 4
Description: Any pillz used in the battle by either player in excess of 4 are not applied, and refunded at the end of the round. This excludes Fury pillz.
So first off, the mechanic means you can have cards with Pill Cap of other values (like 1) someday.
For the clan itself though: This would mean that battles against this clan would be VERY different than normal. The clan would be quite weak against attack manipulation clans in general, but any of the clan members who have their own attack manipulation would stand out as being quite strong.
A Mono deck of this clan would mean that battles are fairly straightforward. Both players always play exactly 4 pillz. If you fail to do so, then the opponent knows you are planning to use Fury. Using Fury in an earlier round than the last one is ideal because of this.
Predicting a sure win is much easier, for both players, so early fury is pretty easy to accomplish as well, IF you are the one holding a certain victory card.
The true joy of the bonus comes when you play it in a mixed clan deck. If you load out with 2 Uppers/Rescue and 2 New Clan, then the opponent might try to save pillz in the first 2 rounds to beat your Upper/Rescue, only to find that you blow both of those early and they now have more pillz than they can spend (well, excluding using spares on Fury of course).
Don't worry, most of the people talking out against this would say basically the exact same things if someone proposed Vortex's Clan Bonus before it was released.
And Supa_Cookie, it doesn't take long reading suggestion posts to realize that EVERY new idea does get sandblasted pretty heavily pretty fast. Even ones that aren't repeats of what is proposed every other day by some new person.

Ideas that are hated by the community have explanations attached. -2 opp. life was one of the ideas that wasn't hated. I think even Pillz Manipulating clan could work if they had a deep thought about how to balance it.
As for your idea.. Uh.. So basically, this bonus doesn't give you any physical or tactical advantage, as it all comes down to what card is better at 4 pill battles. So if you want to win with your heavy hitter, you can only give it 4 pillz. The opponent can too. But you cannot win against most of the cards (since they have both ability and bonus, you have just your ability to supporty you in a fight).
I'd rather have a Cancel Leader bonus
