A bit of an embarassing question, but I can't seem to find a FAQ or anything about it, so I am here to ask:

Which formula calculates the points you get for a match in a tourney?

So far i figured, that star-levels are taken into account with lower levels relative to your opponent tending to rend more points.
But is this per Round?as in:
Win with 2* vs. 5 star; get A points
Win with 4* vs. 3*; get B points
lose with any star vs. any star; get 0 points

Or per match?
As in win a match with your stars (i.e. 2+2+3+4) divided by opponent stars (i.e. 3+4+5+5) and multiplied by some constant for winning?

What other factors are taken into account? K.O. and Pillz left I know of. Does the overall outcome of the match actually count? The Life-gap? Relative position of combatants as in Elo? Randomness?

Probably there's a link hidden somewhere in these boards containing the answer - but I just couldn't figure it's position...

Thanks for anyone who feels like taking a little time to enlight me

See table 2. Also...
No bonus points when a character goes up a level.
No more than 2 bonus points in total for the “KO with remaining Pillz” bonus and/or “Life points over 12” bonus.
If you win and your team of 4 contained characters banned by staff in ELO, 2 points will be removed per character.

Thanks, that's been exactly what I was looking for.

Am I right to assume, that this basically means that with those oh-so-popular 26-28* decks, main aim still is to win the battle, rather than most rounds with 2*s. Winning rounds with low level cards is an icing, but the big chunk of points comes from the (25-[added char levels])-part.

Think a simple formula would be (correct me if I am wrong though):
(Battle Won?(25 - [sum of character levels])) - 2([characters banned by staff on team]) + 2([remaining pill?] or [14 Life?]) + [Sum of Winning Rounds? (based on table 2)]
Yes, a large chunk of points comes from winning battles, the trick is to win consistently and quickly with a lower star deck so that your sum of character levels is low, your sum of winning rounds based on table 2 is high (like winning 3 - 4 rounds or with low star against high star cards, just depends on how you want to win) and your total number of battles won is high.
Hope that helps
