I guess you can check the forum. Posts like that have shown up throughout the forum quite often. You can prolly even find a few tutorials with generic hints for ELO.

Just play alot. Eventually you'll figure out common pilling patterns, clans and how ELO players use them, and then you'll be winning easily.
