Not much synergy with the card choices IMO. Effective use of Kenny generally entails good timing with a Furious and back-up with DR if needed. My brain doesn't work right now but the 2-star Skeelz DR is stellar if you are stuck on Skeelz.
I prefer using Kenny with other life-gappers and forcing my opponent to figure out who is going to make the big swing and more importantly, when.
Cley works great when you have sasha or corvus or some other way of scoring a pill-saving round win to activate that confidence. In your deck, you've probably spent a load of pills in the previous round to get that win, so oftentimes cley becomes a rather obvious bluff.
Jay I think is more suited for DT than elo. Predictable nukes can be deadly, as Wardom and Greem has demonstrated, but jay is both predictable *and* easily countered (by either a good DR or semi-decent wall) which is always a bad combination.
