Ok, thats good n all, but.....
It started from my toes & now Im sick to my nose hearing how OP & broken Rescue is... Rescue is this, Rescue is that, they ****** the **** out of elo....? Could some1 PLEAZE explain to me how their any of those things? Through a reply here or a PM idk.... But I cant stand hearing how much ppl overestimate Rescue ! Yes they can get a +12 attack with their bonus, but its "SUPPORT" based!!! & their ridiculously low stats balance out the bonus perfectly..... So id really appreciate if some1 explained it to me!
@Kuro Rescue is one of the most OP CLANS behind huracans. Its not only the support attack but the overcompensated abilities that was given to them and the most important aspect of the Rescue is their number of stars.
They have a good candidates or pool of 2 stars
Then a good set of 3 stars
-Campbell ( I wish they never created this guy)
And they can always squeeze in 2 5*
The only cards that are always in the ban list are two 4* which are Campbell and Kerry. There was a time where Dr Norton was banned but both cards are banned.
I do have to agree with Kuro that Rescue has been kinda left in the dust in ELO, especially considering they have horrendous base power, and the fact that everyone's most feared Rescue card, Campbell , can only make much an effect as Aurora if he wins on the very first round....I don't know about anyone else, but I rarely saw Aurora in Rescue decks even 3 years ago. But anyways, maybe it's just me because I personally think heal characters who only heal for 1 life a turn aren't good, but I personally never use Campbell, and hardly Leah Barduh for that matter. And Mr. troll, "Diana to the 6th power"? I believe Leah Barduh's MAXIMUM POTENTIAL only heals as much as Diana, no more, but definitely less.
P.S. Over half of those cards you mentioned above in Rescue's "good card" category are pre-standard, which highlights the fact that Rescue has barely got anything worth of mention in the past 3 years.
They're only given those abilities to make up for the usually low base stats (particularly in the 3* category), take away that bonus and what are they? Next to nothing I say. And as soon as they run into some SOB/ Montana's they are screwed. OP is a card/clan that can function without its ability and or bonus and still be solid and reliable with great stats. That is not Rescue at all.
I have a few complaints:
Krash only has 1 dmg and therefore relies on his pwr.
Steve has 5 power and cannot win anything using 4 or more pillz.
Slyde Cr. See Steve
Anita has both low damage and is couraged based (I don't understand why people like her)
Daussone Add 1 pwr with a better bonus and you get 3 star Pan (which few call OP)
Tina relies on her revenged ability to be good (and is therefore predictable)
Suzie is horrible in the current meta (As stated before Pan is much better yet not OP)
Glosh is a 6/6 which is standard for Rescue 4 stars. His easily avoidable ability is his only good thing.
I have never (and I mean NEVER) seen Hax in gameplay. This includes other players, Kate, and myself.
I have seen a few Auroras, but the same principle applies.
Sledge is weak to strong pwr manip, dmg manip, and attk manip
I will admit however that Dr Norton and Campbell are OP (although Dr Norton is becoming less as more 8/9 pwrs come out)
Rescue HAVEN'T been left in the dust. While the Riots Ld multi mission thing was going on I tried to get to 1400 every week, and every week I failed at the 1300-1400 tier regardless of the meta or bans or anything, simply because at 1300+ every match could be whatever the meta is OR Rescue. Always.
My personal opinon base on a month of banging my head against Rescue regardless everything is that they are, in fact, the only constant and the only thing really worth spending your player ban votes on EVERY WEEK if you're comfortable in your metagaming skills in any particular meta.
Guys why are we still talking here? They are not reading this It's over. Lousy bans again,I got used to it.
Now that the overpowered clover noel is out of ELO you can finally play and not worry about 50 50's from the pussycats
What was funny in this whole "mess",I am calling it a mess because it always turns out as a mess , is that Wee Lee came back but in the same time there was a response saying that they wanted to increase the usage of Bangers,Skeelz and Frozn. Now that everybody is having a half Ulu Watu how is that working out for you? Why activate bans that contradict the things you "want" to see in the game?
Kefalo, what are you even trying to say? Continuously ban them because they negate you getting to the 1400 tier? Try a different deck or something lol. Rescue are not OP, they have weaknesses like every other clan. The only above average card Rescue now has viable for ELO is Dr. Norton. The banning of Campbell really rustles my jimmies solely because the staff didn't exchange him for Evira or at least Lea. Cut them some slack, staff.
^ What I'm trying to say is that there is 0 place to complain about Rescue being even inconvinienced. It's not about trying a different deck - my decks work fine, and worked fine, the problem was that whatever the meta was, however well adjust the deck to it was, there was always enough Rescue in the 1300 range (which you still have to put in some effort to reach so this isn't exactly random people playing them).
Bans didn't matter at all - I think I've only seen one week with Campbell unbanned, yet every week, at high level ELO the matches were always a crapshoot between Rescue and anything else. They're probably the most consistently played high-lvl ELO deck. Portraying them as in need of anything (except possibly more bans) is kind of falsifying the situation on the field.
