So I'm primarily an All-Stars player, and in Survivor attack manipulation like Sentinel seems to be my main weakness because they can just no-pill and I'm forced to pill to beat them. So, I want to add in a SoB clan to not only prevent the necessity to pill against attack manipulation clans but also act as a utility against things like Gheist, Pussycats, etc.
I want to run the following half-deck on the All-Stars side: Crazy Carlo, Jessie, Marina, and Mulligan. A nice balance of life-gapping and DRs to keep myself ahead.
Which clan do you think would compliment it better and why? Any advice will be appreciated.

Admiral coco, hawkins, baba/ector and raeth for piranas you could try. or go with a pan, edwin, artus/mawpin and crowen for nightmare... or artus, mawpin, glorg/oshitsune and edwin/pan for nightmare. Just a few suggestions

I think the Piranas half Snowman LoA suggested goes better with your deck than any Nightmare one. Many of the Nightmare cards are based around power reduction so your deck would be really weak against protection power, also many of them are very weak against SoA abilities.
If SoB is your main annoyance you can't find anything better against it than Amiral Coco. Let them taste their own medicine
Hawkins has amazing pill manip, Raeth is solid and adds you the much needed attack manipulation. The choice between Baba or Ector comes down to playstyle. I would recommend Peter too, if it wasn't a survivor deck. The pill loss makes him weaker with each stage.
Btw an alternate route against attack manip clans would be using Riots. They give you pills when you lose to boost your All Stars, and some give you even more in case of a win. Vortex has some good cards for you too.

Whoops. In the 2nd paragraph I meant to say attack bonuses
Alright then, I'll give the Piranas half a shot.
Vortex never seems to interest me, maybe because I don't like the idea of a purely defeat bonus, but that just may be because I haven't given it a try and don't really know how to work with it. As for Riots, I'd like to see what else they get since they're still so new, though they do look very solid so far.

Never underestimate Vortex. All of them have the scary potential to 'fork'.
If you still have a lot of pillz, and you are leading in life you could throw a heawyhitter with everything/or almost everything+fury and create an unwinnable situation for your opponent. If he lets it through you win by lifegap/KO, if he beats it you make such a crazy pill advantage that he won't win another round
Forking can be used defensively too. Want to make sure you don't lose both rounds in a 50/50? Fork.

I hated vortex and pussycats until i used them together and they are very good.
