Last Tuesday, the Sentinel called the managers of the Deathmatch room in for questioning in Clint City. These individuals are suspected of trafficking drugs, confirmed Judge Scare.
Investigations are in progress and the room will very shortly be closed to residents of Clint City!
So hurry up and complete your last missions before it’s permanently closed down!
The thing about duel that attracts so many people is the prize, many low levels and even the highest levels play it daily to win the basic card that may only be worth 200 clintz, but for people like me that's one less card I have to purchase in order to obtain full collection. Plus, some basic cards in this game are pretty good. Although the past few months I haven't been gettin cards like Sledg anymore, I rarely get anything worth above 500 clintz. But everyone plays it for the quite easy wins and free card (has anyone else noticed Kate overpills majorly against a pull manip car of any sort?)
DM had too many rooms open at once and not enough incentive apart from, as I said earlier, power levelling. At the end of the day, all we can really do is hope this new mode fills the gap that DM had for the players that loved it, and creates a new, different type of mode that any level of player can do (like duel). That's my food for thought
@ AdN-ThuggA-: You can't just cut part of a sentence like that. Can you even read the whole thing? I said "I'd just love to see how any higher-ranked person, UR official of some sort can convince me (or any other sensible, rational UR player) that DM was a failure, and Duel/Solo weren't, so that the former goes away, while the latter stay."... guess that's too long a sentence for you to process. UR said that DM was a failure, not me. I didn't (and don't think) it was, and what I said was that I'd like to see an official try to convince us that they're right in saying that DM wasn't a success, whereas Duel & Solo were (again, that means that I believe the contrary, i. e. that DM was a good mode, and Duel/Solo were failures).
@ THATSRAVEN: Yeah, Duel was way more populated than DM, but just because it's versus an AI that almost always loses. No waiting time, sure wins and possibility of mission completion. Yeah, that's why people played that more than DM, because it's the easier choice. I used Duel too; quite a lot... but I can't say it's a good mode... not even a proper mode, actually.
@ 16Pains: Indeed, and it's easy to abuse it for that purpose. That's what makes it not so good an idea. If people play against an AI, it's almost like they're not even online, as they don't add to the multiplayer factor.
Please bring a certain mode in which we complete one daily mission every day and get a rare or perhaps an uncommon card everyday. This will help us collect cards which are rarely found and are expensive.I mean a harder mission means a better card. That's my opinion and I plead you to do that.
There are many game modes that would be great. Example is a clan inspired mode, as in each day a new clan is chosen and you can only use that clan, any card from it you like. Like tourney times, a new mode is selected such as only type 1 decks allowed from 3 until 4, then from 4 until 5 it's ELO rules etc. Tokenz and better cards could be given as prizes for your position in each hour and the next day a new clan is chosen. It gives people a chance to use cards banned from other modes and he's it isn't so lower level friendly, but that's what duel and solo play a major part for.
