Last Tuesday, the Sentinel called the managers of the Deathmatch room in for questioning in Clint City. These individuals are suspected of trafficking drugs, confirmed Judge Scare.
Investigations are in progress and the room will very shortly be closed to residents of Clint City!
So hurry up and complete your last missions before it’s permanently closed down!
More players complained in this thread in the last 12 hours than players have played in any DM room in the last 12 hours.
Why leave a gametype that has an average of 1 player at all times. Oh, and that one player is Kate.
My only knock is, there is no way I will be able to complete all of those missions by 11/4; why not grant players who have completed at least half the mission with a prize and mission points? (ie: win 250 DMs, if you have won 127 of them you shouldn't just get the mission taken away from you)
Well, with all due respect, UR is known for moving on with new things while ignoring other issues, and/or not trying to fix older and/or smaller problems. I hope that they'll find a way not to leave the mission issue as it is now... otherwise, with people having history of DM missions completed, and no DM around... it'll be just a reminder of how hard they failed, if that's what they think the did with DeathMatch. I'd just love to see how any higher-ranked person, UR official of some sort can convince me (or any other sensible, rational UR player) that DM was a failure, and Duel/Solo weren't, so that the former goes away, while the latter stay.
I'm only commenting here because, to me, UR is all about missions and collecting, and I doubt I'm the only player to think so. I am aware of the fact that UR is much more (ELO, Survivor, DT, events, etc.), but, at least for the moment, I don't take much interest in that part. This issue with DM missions irritates me, even if I know I'll most likely never accomplish all missions in existence, particularly the gamemode-exclusive ones. It's just the way a mission grinder feels.
