EDIT: A little more information:
To get Solomon, you need to complete his set of missions, which can be found here:
There is no time limit for the missions, and yes, the final mission can be done in any instance of Leader Wars.
Solomon's ability, Tie Break, will ensure that you win any round in which attack is tied (regardless of Courage or star count,) and win the game if the number of lives is tied at the end of it.

"The 20 KOs is terrible. Leaders should be attainable by all, not just the elite"
I agree with the first sentence but not the second... 20 ELO KOs have little to do with being a good player. The major problem there is players leaving on purpose once they get cornered into a KO. So your options are: 1) Try and be lucky with players with same sense of dignity and fairplay, 2) Try to set up KOs from 50/50 situations, when opponent is not doomed yet.
I DO think that this mission is of very poor balance... If staff cares to do something about it then it would be nice. It's like playing a Coliseum with no point reductions for Timeouts and Withdrawals... But instead of getting your points damaged it eats away your playtime a lot.
But the general "tough'ish missions to get it and not just a certain level reached" I rather like than dislike. It's just that 20 ELO KOs is a VERY obnoxious mission, with the unsightly mentality of many players out here.
The elo mission was a terrible choice by the staff imo. No fun at all. (Btw out of curiosity why are there missions like deal 60 dmg with oryon ? Those missions are just a pain in the a**) . +As many ppl already wrote ppl tend to just give up once the lost the game which makes the mission even worse. Now I palyed the whole day like a maniac in order to finish all the missions just to see that Salomon is not added to my collection yet . Now I will go to bed and all the time I invested will be meaningless because ppl will catch up and will be able to sell him before me. And why can 1 player already sell him ??
ps: If you need a decent deck for the KO mission you might want to use this deleted&list ; You might want to swap Dacote with Brianna or Arnie...
"Solution: Make timeout count as KO."
Timeouts and Withdrawals. Player much more often simply Leave the battle.
"And why can 1 player already sell him ??"
It was answered here before a few times already... 1 player got him from a pack - before staff realised their mistake and took him out from the packs.
@Vural11, post 121: I can't say at this moment.
@Thoazol, post 122: I'm going to answer your question with a bit of math. Reaching stage 13 and going no further means your win/loss ratio is a little above 3 wins to 1 loss. This is a win/loss ratio most players who have 1300+ ELO records have managed to hit previously in a much more difficult mode. (LW is easier, because with a little bit of effort and discussion with your friends/guild, you can usually figure out which combinations are strong, out of a much more limited pool of cards.) I'd say anyone in the 1250-1300+ ELO range has a fair shot at Striker Rb.
@L4F-Gott_Hard/anyone else who has not been rewarded correctly: Sorry for this. I'll look into it first thing tomorrow morning, and we'll make sure everyone who should have earned Solomon gets one.
@Falco: I disagree about the 20 KOs. Granted, they're a little grindy, and they're likely to frustrate a few players who were expecting to automatically have the new Leader today... But I don't think you have to be an elite player to achieve them.
I honestly think that if Solomon was an Ld and not a Leader, no one would be complaining right now. People are just really used to earning Leaders in a specific fashion, and expressing their frustration that this one is different. Try a few different approaches. Set up 50/50 KOs like Chattern recommended, try tricky KOs with furied low-star characters that would be considered too risky in typical ELO play, etc.
