Banning ongh and not unbanning either of askai or troompah will kill jungo decks -,- zornado or nahema are not good replacements for ongh . we seriously need either troompah or askai back .

I was also going to comment in Campbell's defense but comments 259 and 260 summed up my thoughts perfectly. Seriously, what other clan has the same amount of conditional cards as Rescue? Solidity is fairly key for ELO and that's why Rescue are lacking use. If Elvira must be banned in order for Campbell to stay then so be it. Rescue's 3 star range will do for now but the Campbell is crucial for filling that 4* non-conditional gap that no other card can in Rescue can currently fill.

Lucy being let off the hook is a bit of a surprise, her versatility is why she's so powerful and I don't see how PC are actually being nerfed with Yayoi Cr coming back. She's potentially better than Diana is certain scenarios and as many other players have stated, soa combined with dr is one of the most effective defensive combos in the game.

Lucy will almost never get the chance to be paired with Yayoi Cr because she'll probably be player banned more than Diana, so I guess it's not too bad.

Pussycats and roots are gonna get very popular, trust me, campbell is not necessary to run a decent deck.

As I've use rescue many weeks and I've done 1500 elo with them like 7 times, I know what makes the clan strong and what it lacks. It truly lacked a SOA card in the period elvira was banned. It would've saved many games, whereas campbell wasn't even that much of a help, you need to use him in round 1 or 2 to make him usefull and if they covered my option I would be pretty much done (instant 5050). I don't think there's much of a problem if he leaves. I personally still like kerry and suzie and I think glosh will become overpowered in the upcoming metagame as well.

Also, in my opinion rescue have only got 1 strong 3*, which is buckler, a card like elvira would be a major help for building good decks.

trust me, banning campbell and returning elvira will give rescue just the strength they need and you still will not see them every 2 matches, which is nice

A lot of French players don't want to see Lucy banned and with staff agreeing with them it's normal (and logical) she will stay unbanned.
Just stop thinking english boards matter that much to bans because they don't. Of course they take into account your opinions but of course they will put their attentions into the biggest fanbase.
