I won't refute that Mina is indeed a good and strong card for a 3*. She would be a Gheist 3* staple if they released it (hint hint UR - Gheist need a 3*). But in a clan dominated by 3* cards that are ELO banned she is simply your only/best option.
I agree that her 8 power is what makes her a good card - a 7/4 Mina would be an eh choice to put in you hand - but as an overall she's more bark than bite. With PC being the top choice in ELO, she's simply overhyped. A good card that I would still use in my PC ELO deck, but way overhyped.

Dax..
U just don't understand..
Mina is OP!
Pls don't compare her to snow flake or murray...
and don't think she can be used only in r1/r2..
It's an offense+defense..
The cat bonus is what that makes it deadlier than murray/snowflake making it near to OP card..
Murray is decent.. snowflake sucks!

She's not OP, but (used to) enable OP decks. Very similar to Lucy.

People think Mina is OP because nobody used to use Cherry. Now I do understand that Mina is a little better but lets be honest... very little changed with Mina was added. It's all in your minds.

Mina to snowflake comparison is just to compare heal cards. If you think she's OP cause of her heal (which I know you don't Splasher) then that is my counter.
My main "counters" to Mina are Mulligan and Pan. Both of which are viewed as favorable cards, but neither of which are viewed as game-changers, necessities, or even staples (Pan is to an extent in ELO, but that's due to the fact Nightmare 3* lineup is awful. Though still a good card overall). If Mina is viewed as a better card simply because she has 1 more power and a "better" (in this regard I would say more 'resourceful' or 'popular', not necessarily 'better') bonus then I think that's more hype than anything. I'll take the ability to use Mulligan and Pan in all 4 rounds than Mina who's restricted to R1 or R2.

Dax...U miss my point..
its not just coz of 8 power... its coz of fact that Mina is a Damage Reducer,. as i said is a defense+offense card
but mulligan? Offensive
Pan?? again,plain offense
then again, I agree she doesnt need a ban
I wont say Mina needs a ban and its Too OPed... but i cant deny the fact its near to OP

Daxose you aren't recognizing Mina's defensive bonus. This is what makes her good. She isn't just a turn 1 or 2 offensive card like you are stating. Comparing her to mulligan/snowflake or other cards with strong life gaping abilities doesn't make sense. Pan is an ok comparison since SOB can be defensive sometimes.
The drawback to Mina is it limits your ability to use other poison/heal cards that are commonly combined with PC. She doesn't fit well in a pussy/freaks deck or with cyb lhia.

I agree, it's her defensive bonus that makes her a good card. It takes her from a card that isn't worth using to a card that can be found in just about any ELO PC deck. Her fork bonus is good at causing a rift with the player.
However, using her after R1 or R2 is like using any other PC card. Outside of being a basic DR in R3 and R4, she isn't too impactful of a card. Unless you're considering her 8 power for a 3* card as a wall for PC, in that case I can buy that, but I still don't view her as an OP card just because she can be a basic fork/wall/heal/DR card.

Lol splashr and I said the same thing.
There is no reason why you wouldn't be able to play her in R1 or R2. Lots of cards have conditional abilities that restrict them to 2 rounds of effective play.
