Hello Clint City,
There's a new addition to the Shop!
With the collection growing from week to week, it seemed only logical to put together a pack that's even bigger than our Titanium pack.
And true to its word, the brand new Armageddon pack will give you the chance to get your hands on 60 different characters from 5 clans of your choice AND 15 guaranteed rare cards.
And to unveil this new deal, we’re offering you a Tokenz promotion: for every 3 Armageddon packs purchased, you’ll receive 10 free Gold Tokenz!
Complete your collection as quickly as you can and increase your chances of winning a Collector card during this offer that starts from now and ends tomorrow at 11:59pm (GMT+2)!
Happy gaming to you all!
P.S. Please note this offer is only valid on the Web
This pack is the most cost effective.
It's less Creds per card than the Elite and MEGA New Bloods, and it's less Creds per Rare than all of the other packs, unless you buy New Blood packs and hit a rare every single time.
Elite = 7 cards for 40 Creds = 5.71 Creds per Card
Armageddon = 60 cards for 340 Creds = 5.67 Creds per Card
I hate when people say lies. If you want to complain, say it's not significant enough, but don't say it's not the most cost effective. It is -- and you get more rares!
The only thing about this pack people will complain about in the future is that it's a lot of Clintz, and you can't get 3 for 1000 Creds (the max option to buy at once), but for so many Clintz it better cost less per rare and it better cost less per card. The limited time deal is a small bonus, but as above, it's A LOT, so normal people won't do more than 3 packs, and even those who do shell out $350+ aren't guaranteed a Big 5 (even if it is a good shot).
UR needs money. This may bring them money. We haven't seen a flood of messages like when the last Token deal was offered, so clearly UR is doing something right this time. (Unless it's wrong because they're not working on other things you want more, first.)
Yeah, it's a fact that UR needs money when the new game modes and the new game interface are being delayed again and again, but I don't know, maybe instead of looking for money in such an obvious way they could improve and truly innovate UR (the last big change in UR were the Tokenz AFAIK).
IMO this just anger old players who maybe already spent their credits in less "cost-effective" packs and are not willing to spend more credits unlike the newbies or the people who really don't appreciate their money or are stupidly rich, and it seems that in English and French communities there are many people like those because they seem happy with this announcement, but in the other hand Spanish community is really angry about this.
But hey, UR staff definitely know what they're are doing, because Alexa rank of UR doesn't stop decreasing... That's just a heads up...
