Frozn are an absolutely INFURIATING clan nowadays.
Back in the day, I really liked them
They had a couple of annoying cards, mostly nothing really good
Then, Kalindra Cr comes along and starts wrecking house. Ok, first indicator that this clan MIGHT be a problem.. . . but it is overlookable because hey, she is gone! BAM!~

Anyways, then, we had another instance, another ' breakout ' case
The Infection is spreading.
The Cold is coming. . .
And it rides on a Storm of Ice with the Courage to shrek you and the fury of an Angered Wolfpack should a comrade fall by your hands. Suspicious. . . .
And then, Poof! Banned!
But now, the legend of a Furry Magical . . . . thing comes along, with an uncanny resemblence to a certain Legend Sraight Outta' The Bifrost. And he as well is annoying in his own right, banned by many! Coupled with another furry friend, you are stuck in many a hairy situation thanks to these two!
My problem friends, is that while Lowki and Tiwi Ld are both allowed into the meta, Frozn has become a massive headache once more, and with Raptors keeping MOST attack manip clans at bay, Frozn is pretty much free to roam and reak havoc.
The clan is an absolute mess, and frankly, with most Attack Manip clans (barring Uppers) hiding away, this clan essentially has free roam and has lots of options slowly growing available.
And lets not forget the SOA presence, who they also have a GOOD counter for should they need it.
The optimal frozn half doesn't even use tiwi ld. Aaron/lowki/mihatma/zodd. Trade Aaron for stompah if you want a lower half.
As for attack manip hiding, junkz/montana/sentinels/sakrohm/uppers all have a viable half deck. That's most of the attack manip clans. Rescue is always an easy 1400 while Campbell is free. Huracan still have issues, but that's a function of their bonus limiting design space for the clan.
You can't play all of the above clans in mono, but they're all good for a half at least. Frozn are strong, but you can outplay them. Sob and power manip makes things hard for them, and Dr let's you mess up critical turns. If you can win 2 rounds in a row the get their damage for 1 round, 0 if you have sob (unless they let you win 3 rounds, in which case it's a failing of your deck if you lose while winning 3)
Sakrohm are doing horribly in ELO man , I'm quite uncertain of your claim :s

Uppers yes, but I covered them .
Montana even with Half or Mono, they are not doing so hot, I found they are basically just a ' we tried but didn't impact at all ' deck nowadays in ELO . The most threatening card they have is what. . . Mona ? And that's it .
Uppers , Sentinel , Junkz I agree but only 1 of those is actually threatning (Uppers) the other two are more of a shoulder shrug, Junkz just gets slapped aside without Qubik .
Uppers junkz(with qubik) sakhrohm(petra murray lear ngrath aleister oxo) sent(Geoffrey earl carmen zrobbie melvin) are all fine..
so is rescue

just too many options for an irritating half..
If they have tiwi and you have no soa in draw and have to start, gg.. you have to face a 5050 r1 itself..
Most of the time when I see them without SOB in hand, I scoop if I overpill Round 1 .
Scoop even faster if I overpill with Tiwi Ld in the opp hand.
Rescue is like . . meh, they NEED Campbell. Sentinel , I rarely worry about them , the majority of their cards are just low damage walls. So if you can nuke them hard enough or win 2 Rounds out of 3 with DR in hand , BAM.
But then again, I am arrogant sometimes.
And damn it to hell, Frozn really do need a ban.
One more good card and they'll infest us like Rodents.
I remember Huaracan started out OP as hell and reigned with an iron fist now they sunk to BLEH tier .. .
Ironic considering BLEH tier used to be Roots Ulu Watu and Frozn and now they've infested ELO xD
Lear barduh/oxo/petra/murray is an excellent half.
Desmond/mona/spiaghi/waller is one of the best halfs in the game right now for what it does.
Junkz is "meh" because it's a 3 round clan. If you pair it with the right clan it should be incredibly threatening.
Geoffrey/earl/zrobbie/pick a card is an amazing half deck. Realistically earl only needs 3 rounds anyways.
The reason you don't see more sakrohm is they don't pair well with the dominant clans right now, they've always been more of an attrition clan, for lack of a way to describe it.
Uppers are so good right now because they're made of damage and have one of the best "tech" cards in the game in Josephine.
The attack manip clans aren't the ones that need help. Bangers and pussycats do, both clans rely on a 4*cr to be elo relevant. Riots need help too, but they need cards with actual damage to be released, not unbannings.
Falco.. i think tiwi has to be banned before lowki..
that encourages the cancer olding style play especially activating their bonus..
Next puck will be lowki/Stompah.
Banning Aaron is pointless.... There is rad there is thorpah..
Ban on tiwi +lowki/stompah may change things
