Hello, Urban Rivals players!
Starting today, we will be making some important changes to Leader Wars and Coliseum. A Leader Wars or Coliseum will be scheduled for each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
In response to your demand for more access to these play modes, they will be divided into two phases.
Monday and Tuesday will be the "casual" phase, with a small entry fee (around 500 Clintz), and moderate prizes. This will be a key period of time to develop your strategy for the "pro" phase, held every Wednesday and Thursday.
The pro phase will have a much big entry fee, in clintz or credits… However, this will be offset by big prizes, with proportionate rewards for everyone.
Leader Wars will focus on creating a unique meta-game and putting some fun cards to try into the hands of each player.
We will start monitoring accurately the metagame, and slight changes to the Leaders may be done from time to time in order to keep a balance among them.
Coliseum will feature a small and very controlled card pool, and put your skills as a player to the test! Of course, there will be an opportunity to compete on a Guild level, as well.
As always, enjoy Urban Rivals!

Where is the "Urban Collector"?
You wrote about it on the April of the last year and still nothing?
P.S.: about this update: don't think that this mods must have updates or something else. Simply you was very lazy on last year and did not give us chance to play in Coliseum and LW so much as we want. Coliseum was like a miracle. LW opened when you create new useless (most of all time) Rb-card, which devalued.
Overall a good idea.
I think you should run both versions, casual and pro, all 4 days and give those playing buttons allowing them to choose which one they want to participate in each time they enter.
I agree with post 17 about the cost of entry being a major concern. I don't think 500 is bad for casual play, but 10000 to enter pro play is way too high in my opinion. 5000 is a better number in my mind. 10 the casual play cost with better rewards.
And as far as rewards are concerned, I think even casual play should have Silver tokens at the 12 rounds and perfect levels, say 1 or 2 for level 12, and 3 or 4 for perfect. Bronzes should start at level 9 and end up at about 10 of them or so by the perfect level. 2 bronze tokens per level perhaps?
10k entry fee? I won't enter many of those. I don't really care what is offered as a prize at that cost.
@Dragon1der: The Pro phases are balanced in such a way that winning 50% of your matches will return your entry fee. It will be somewhat similar to the LW that took place upon Melody's arrival. The chances of profit are very, very good for a powerful player.
For those concerned regarding cost
the warm up phase is something many players will try
the pro phase will be tried by those feeling confident based on phase 1.
based on the number of games played, UR will adjust. To say that 10000 entry is too much or just enough (regardless if said by staff or players) at this point is speculation and is simply a matter of biased opinion. The only measure of it will be how many players participate and how many matches are played. If numbers are too low, UR will eventually adjust. If the numbers are ok, UR will stand their ground on the entry fee
