This is not fair. UR Team should at least tell what went wrong:
-unexpected failure
-real life emergency
-not 'skilled' workers
-didnt give a single ****- workers
-workers playing pokemon go
-...

I am thankful for these compensation but I'm still missing a reasonable explaination for the long downtime and the poor communication with the community

OMG this is so bad, took 20 mins to get here, had to come via Facebook, on iOS Safari can't even find you, iOS app laggy and still no arcade.

What are these Big 5s and how do you get token chests?
Also is the token wheel removed? If not where can i find it?

Could you return the display of the New Blood packs in the shop how it was in the old website? So we can see the list of cards in the pack showing the clans too beside the name of the cards.
