For prices increase on 2500 credits offer.
if you calculate it is just logic.
in fact, we took web offers and put the same exact thing on iOs and Android.
When it was at 69,99 that was not logic for all the other offers, its was a huge advantage and made other ofder comoletely useless.
This was made to convince players to spend a lot.
We dont want that. thats why we put back the 0,99 offer.
This is as simple as that.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure Darkblood doesn't understand how economy works. Basically, every business relies on two types of revenue: whales (customers who return to spend their income multiple times, often spending thousands of dollars) and dolphins (customers who spend income once, as a "spur of the moment" kind of thing). While many businesses won't admit to it due to offending their customers, they'll always prefer nabbing whales over dolphins due to the fact that it enables more leniency in how they run things (a whale is less likely to not spend money if the business does something "bad" ) and allows for more consistent/safe income.
(continuing on a second post)
While I typically disagree with Darkblood due to many reasons (namely because I think of him as a word that rhymes with "moo-sh" ), him suggesting that they decrease the prices would make sense for a lot of reasons especially if they brought it to steam ASAP. Based on the current state of the game, I'm sorta under the assumption that they're slowly losing whales (as although that "online" counter remains the same from what I've heard much of the actives are zero-star mid-level accounts). While it wouldn't guarantee it, bringing a game like this to steam could potentially enable more people to become low-income whales due to the sheer amount of a playerbase they have (even if .001% of the people on there join, it'd still increase the current playerbase by about 500%). It'd also allow the current playerbase to easily use more income, as much like a gym membership residual steam funds are pretty much impossible to get rid of (something that the $.99 credit deal would come in real handy with). While I realistically don't see this game lasting for the next year or so, steam would at least give it one last "shot" to be somewhat relevant in what is a pretty "hearthstone-ey" online tcg market.
