Go to Collection, find the card you want, select the card and then select the option "Market" below the card.

And if you want to get cards you don't have, click the tab that says owned. It will then change to unowned and you will be able to buy characters you don't have as well

Give them some time there greatly under staffed right now. they will have it probly soon since the app takes top priority for them right now to make large sum's of money.
